Departure from your hotel on the Amalfi Coast by luxury chauffeur driven vehicle to Paestum, on the Sele Plain.
We will be welcomed in Bellelli estate, which, is principally devoted to the raising of buffaloes and horses. We will tour the farm as well as the dairy where the buffalo milk is processed into first class mozzarella. Meet the Baronessa Cecilia Baratta and start of the cooking class. The product used are all grown on their land and on selected nearby farms. They are serious food lovers and take great care in the preparation of meals, which are inspired by the great tradition of Italian cooking at its best. We will prepare a full Italian menu based on diary specialties: Homemade ravioli stuffed with buffalo ricotta cheese, Neapolitan ragout tomato sauce, fried mozzarella in carrozza, pizza and Neapolitan pastiera cheese cake. At the end of the course, you will be invited to the Baronessa lounge to have your lunch. After lunch, return to the hotel.
