Villa Santa Maria's living room is spacious and comfortable, with wide windows and balconies so our guests may enjoy the seaview. The living room gives guests access to the main terrace, to the garden, and the villa's other facilities. The living room features a cocktail bar, air conditioning, plasma screen, satellite TV, DVD player, HI-FI, and WI-FI internet access. Villa Santa Maria features a fully equipped kitchen and a cocktail bar. The kitchen provides a professional gas stove with four elements, professional oven, microwave oven, professional grill and fryer, fruit, juicer, slicer, food processor, American coffee and espresso coffee machine, fridge and freezer, dishwasher. The main terrace, built in natural stone and featuring expansive seaview, is surrounded by gardens and lemon groves. The outdoor area of the villa is a series of articulated terraces overhanging the sea, and overlooking Amalfi, the ancient Santa Rosa convent (built in1539), and villa Ponti, that once belonged to Sofia Loren and her husband Carlo. Strolling along the terraces our guests can find a maxi Jacuzzi, a sauna, the gym, the private sundeck, beach access and private dock (250 steps approx). An extra outdoor level, at the back of the villa, is also available, and it is equipped with washing machine, dryer, clothes hanger, etc.
