Each room has a bathroom with shower or whirlpool or regular bath tub. the Junior suites and the superior rooms can have whirlpool or shower (some with hydro massage shower).

In all rooms, there is a TV and in most cases two TV, one visible from the bed, the other from the living area. The rooms have can have terrace or balcony with front or side sea-view, and some others have a large window with sea view. Villa Maria overlooks on a unique view over nature, lemon groves and the sea. All guests have access to the solarium and the relax area where the can rest under ornamental plants' shadow.
