Payment: 30% on confirmation, balance within 22 days prior arrival.
Deposit and balance may be paid by credit card adding 2% service charge or by bank transfer with no expenses for the beneficiary with no extra charge.

Cancellation policy:
Cancellation up to 22 days before arrival: no penalty (deposit will be refunded)
From 21 to 08 days before arrival 50% penalty
From 7 to 0 days before arrival, no show or deduction of stay 100% penalty
