This an apartment is built on two levels on the eastern side of the property. It is located on the second floor of the building. Decorated in shades of red and blue, all rooms have a superb view of Amalfi.
At the first level there is:
a living/dining room with exit on a circular terrace overlooking the sea and Amalfi and equipped with a table, chairs and umbrella;
a double bedroom with an elegant bed (early twentieth century) and access to the same terrace of the living /dining room + balcony
a kitchen with antique tiles, fully equipped;
a bathroom with shower
The second floor is reachable trough about 20 steps and consists of:
a double room with balcony and sea view
a bedroom with loft and French bed
A bathroom with bath
Apartment is on room stock with check in 13th May, Check out 16th May, Extra days are on request.
Apartment with 3 bedrooms - up to 5 pax occupancy Euro 650,00 per day
Security refundable deposit payable at the check in Euro 500,00 (credit card or cash accepted), will be refunded at check out.
Final cleaning Euro 140,00 payable locally cash, will be taken from the deposit.
The apartment must be left tidy and without garbage, in case the house will be too dirty and with garbage, an extra fee for final cleaning will be applied (from 20 to 50 euros).
Cleaning and linen change 1 weekly is included in 7 nights stay only.
Extra cleaning and linen change are possible on request, supplement payable locally cash.

Extra consumption for electricity Euro 0,50/Kw payable locally cash
Local city tax payable locally cash.
Free cnx up to 90 days prior arrival. From 89 days penalty will apply.
It is strictly forbidden to have guests or to organize parties in the property
Full payment is required upon confirmation. Apartment may be cancelled within 13 February 25 with no penalty (payment will be refunded on the credit card).
Balance may be paid by credit card adding 2.5% service charge or by bank transfer with no expenses for the beneficiary with no extra charge.
